Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head broccoli (don't use stalks)
    1 medium diced red onion
    1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. golden raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. Bac*Os (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the last 4 ingredients together.
    Mix vegetables together in bowl.
    Coat vegetables with sauce mixture; stir.
    Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before serving.
    This salad improves with age.
    Make at least 3 days ahead for
    best flavor.
