Banana Peppers - cooking recipe

peppers
milk
flour
cracker crumbs
oil
Preparation

Split peppers longways; core.
Soak 10 minutes in milk; dip in flour.
Lay aside for 10 minutes.
Dip back in milk; roll in mixture of 1/2 flour and 1/2 cracker crumbs.
Cook until brown only, in about 1 1/2-inches oil, at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
