Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lg. potatoes
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Moisten potato quarters with water.
    Shake a few at a time in the bag to coat well with cheese and flour mixture.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
    When golden brown, remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
