Spuds With A Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    4 large baking potatoes
    3 carrots, if desired
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Form uncooked ground chuck into 1-inch round balls.
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Place ground chuck balls and quartered potatoes in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle package of Lipton onion soup mix over top.
    Pour 1/4 cup vegetable oil over the top of all ingredients.
    Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
