Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. fresh or canned peaches (if canned are used, drain)
    1/2 c. almonds or pecans, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until moistened.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    May be used for muffins; bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
