Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add sugar, then dry ingredients, alternately with water.
    Add vanilla.
    Add 1/2 stick butter.
    Bake in small muffin pan after putting 1/2 teaspoon melted butter in bottom of each tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
    While still hot, dip in glaze.
    Dry on rack or waxed paper.
