Low-Fat Apple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 medium apples, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. apple juice
    3 Tbsp. egg whites
Preparation
    Coat a 9-inch round pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Spread the apple juice concentrate over the bottom of the skillet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Arrange the apple slices in a circular pattern over the brown sugar.
    Set aside.
