Crunchy Health Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. almond or peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
2 1/2 c. breakfast cereal or Granola
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Bring
first
3 ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 7 to 10 minutes, until thickened.
Remove from heat and add
other ingredients.
Mix
well.
Turn
into
sprayed
8 x 8-inch pan and chill.
Cut into bars and refrigerate.
