Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices stale bread (crusts removed)
1 stick butter, melted (1/2 c.)
1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 large eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Butter a flat casserole and alternate a layer of 1/4-inch bread cubes and a layer of cheese, ending with cheese.
Pour melted butter over all.
