Cabbage Rolls (Glumpkies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Lg. Cabbage
    1 lb. Hamburg
    2 t. Salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 c. Cooked rice
    1 crushed garlic clove
    1 T. Dried onions
    Finely chopped green pepper
    1 c. Milk
    2 T. Brown sugar
    Chicken broth
    Tomato soup
Preparation
    Steam cabbage until soft. Combine all ingredients. Put in refrigerator until all milk is absorbed. Put a tablespoon or so in leaf, roll up. Place seam side down. Mix can chicken broth and a can of tomato soup. Put brown sugar on first, about 2 tablespoons, pour broth and soup mix over cabbage rolls. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until cabbage is soft. In preheated oven. Baste a couple of times.
