Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. melted Crisco
Preparation
-
Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Combine milk, egg and Crisco.
Stir liquid into dry ingredients until moistened.
Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
