Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
    grapes
    strawberries, sliced
    2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
    blueberries, raspberries or any other fruit you like (optional; if you use bananas, add them just before serving)
Preparation
    Blend on low speed the buttermilk and pudding.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    You can layer the fruit if you like or just add it all in and fold carefully so as not to break it up.
