Zesty Mexican Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups cooked fresh corn
Preparation

Cook cauliflower florets; drain and set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients in large saucepan and cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add cooked cauliflower and corn. Toss well and serve.
Serves 6.
