Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas, cut up
    2 grapefruit, peeled and cut up
    2 oranges, peeled and cut up
    2 apples with skins on, cut up
    1 c. sugar
    boiling water
Preparation
    Combine fruit in large bowl with sugar.
    Pour over enough boiling water to cover.
    Put in refrigerator to chill.
    This is also a good light dessert.
    It keeps well.
