Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar (1 lb.)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/3 c. chopped dried beef
    1/3 c. minced parsley
    crackers or thinly sliced breads
Preparation
    Combine the cheeses, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and onion powder.
    Shape into 2 balls.
    Roll in dried beef, then in parsley.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers or thinly sliced breads.
    Makes 3 cups.
