Baked Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flounder fillets (about a lb.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1/3 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Arrange fillets
    in
    a\tlightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle
    with
    onion, salt and pepper.
    Combine apple juice
    and lemon juice;
    pour over fish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for
    25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
    Transfer
    fish to serving platter.\tStrain and reserve 2/3
    cup
    liquid.
    Melt
    butter in heavy saucepan over low\theat; add
    flour,
    stirring
    until
    smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add
    whipped cream and save 2/3 cup liquid.
    Cook over
    medium
    heat,
    stirring
    until thick. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
