Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, oil, salt, sugar and water.
    Mix well.
    Let dough stand 30 minutes.
    Knead dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Make split in center of circle.
    Fry dough in oil. Brown on both sides.
    Drain on towels.
