Veggie Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch Style salad dressing mix
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
1/2 c. each: finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green pepper and tomato
Preparation

Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom of an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, pinching edges together to seal.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes and cool.
Combine cream cheese, mayo and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.
Spread mixture over crust.
Sprinkle with cheese and vegetables.
Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.
Yield:
8 dozen.
