Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
8 oz. flat noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
approximately 1 lb. sliced smoked sausage
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch greased pan, layer sauerkraut.
Over that, spread a layer of noodles.
In a bowl, mix soup with milk, onions and mustard and pour over the noodles.
Next, arrange a layer of sliced smoked sausage and then a layer of sliced Swiss cheese.
Mix bread crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
