Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed completely 6 to 8 hours
    1 pkg. spinach (optional)
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
    1/2 lb. boiled ham
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Let thawed dough rise.
    Roll out dough in rectangular form. Mix spinach, Parmesan cheese, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread mixture on rolled out dough.
    Layer meats and cheese.
    Roll dough like a jelly roll.
    Brush with egg and cheese.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Make diagonal slashes on top, not cutting through dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Slice and serve with a salad.
