Skillet Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef stew meat, cut small or boneless chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces
    5 dashes of soy sauce
    2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
    frozen broccoli stir-fry
    2 cans drained mushrooms
    white rice, cooked
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add meat to brown. As it browns, add sauces. As meat is half cooked, add vegetables and mushrooms. Put a lid on it and cook on medium-high heat until sauce is thickened and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
