Ham Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ham, thinly sliced
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
3/4 c. sour cream
hot, cooked noodles
Preparation

In large skillet, cook the ham in hot oil about 3 minutes or until heated through, turning once.
Remove from skillet and drain fat from skillet.
In same skillet, combine water, onion, mushrooms, catsup, parsley, bouillon granules and dill weed. Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until onion is tender.
