Golden Gate Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    3/4 lb. sliced mozzarella or Swiss cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and beef in oil.
    Add minced garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, parsley, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
