Oriental Peanut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 roasting chicken
1 2/3 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Soften peanut butter in microwave.
Mix with soy sauce. Spread on the outside of chicken.
Roast chicken at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
