Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/8 c. onion salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    dash of pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mash potatoes, but do not add milk.
    Combine ingredients and put in casserole, greased with butter.
    Sprinkle heavily with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Dot with butter; refrigerate overnight. Take out 1/2 hour before baking.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour or until top is golden brown.
