Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat real well, oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix all together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 regular loaves or 2 layers.
