Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small jar creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Cook potato until soft.
    Mash, then add:
    butter and vanilla. Put confectioners sugar in 1/3 cup at a time, until like pie crust.
    Roll out; spread peanut butter on, roll up and put in freezer until firm (not frozen).
    Then take out and cut in desired size.
    Enjoy.
