Marinated Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
    1/4 c. chopped onion or scallions
    1/2 to 1 lb. crabmeat (imitations like \"Sea Legs\" work very well)
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and marinate overnight.
    Toss with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and sliced fresh mushrooms, etc. before serving.
