Pasta Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. sweet butter
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
    pepper
    thin fettuccine for two
Preparation
    Prepare the water for the fettuccine.
    Bring cream and butter to a boil in a saute pan.
    Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 seconds.
    Add half the Parmesan, and a little freshly ground black pepper.
    Whisk until smooth and remove from the heat.
    Cook the fettuccine and add to the cream.
    Add the rest of the Parmesan. Toss the noodles well in the sauce and serve immediately.
    Garnish with more black pepper.
