Pineapple And Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Heat sugar and juice over low heat.
    Add gelatine which has been softened in cold water.
    Chill until soft set.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill until firm.
