Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

flour
sugar
baking powder
cocoa
oil
vanilla
vinegar
cold water

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Pour into 9-inch pan or muffin papers.

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
