Mexican Plum Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    2 lb. fresh plums
    soft butter
    8 flour tortillas
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    grated semi-sweet chocolate
    sour cream
Preparation
    Halve and pit plums; sprinkle sugar over them in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved and juices are formed.
    Bring to a boil and simmer until tender (10 minutes).
    Allow to cool.
    Butter tortillas on one side with sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top; bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
