Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. corn oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. cherries
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large plastic bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. Add half of the dry ingredients which have already been sifted together.
    Mix well. Add remaining half.
    Fold in nuts, cherries and raisins. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake 1
    hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
