Butter Bean Salad(Lima Bean) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. butter beans
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 to 2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil butter beans until just done, not soft.
    Drain, add all other ingredients.
    Refrigerate until chilled (overnight is best). Drain the part to be eaten.
