Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow summer squash
    salt
    1 good pinch of sugar
    1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
    1 carton sour cream (small)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in small cubes
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash in boiling, salted water with a pinch of sugar until really done and tender.
    Drain in colander.
    Put back in pot and add a lot of butter.
    Mash fine with potato masher. Stir in sour cream and cheese.
    Turn into a casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
