Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 1/2 chicken breasts
    1 stalk celery with leaves
    1/2 sliced onion
    1 bay leaf
    10 peppercorns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8-oz.) sour cream
    1 stack of Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick oleo (margarine)
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    2 Tbsp. vermouth (sweet)
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in 6 cups water with chopped celery stalk, onions, bay leaf and peppercorns for 20 minutes.
    Remove chicken and allow to cool. When cool, cut into small cubes.
