Wayne'S Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place milk and sugar in large pot and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for one minute.
    Add chocolate squares; when melted, remove from heat and beat until smooth with mixer.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; beat again with mixer.
    Serve warm.
    Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated in the microwave.
