Stir-Fried Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 oz. chicken, skinned and boned
    4 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. sliced carrots
    3/4 c. sliced asparagus
    3/4 c. chopped cauliflower
    2 c. hot, cooked spaghetti
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet.
    Stir-fry chicken, onion and garlic until onion is transparent.
    Add carrots, asparagus, cauliflower and mushrooms. Cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serve over spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
