German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. thinly sliced, peeled apple (about 4 to 5 apples)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. sugar (confectioners sugar if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour fluted tube pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    In large mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar.
    Combine oil and orange juice.
    Add to flour mixture alternately with sugar mixture.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well.
