Mini Fruitcake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 large eggs, room temperature
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped glace cherries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
    Beat in eggs, honey and vanilla until fluffy.
    In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Gradually blend half the flour mixture into creamed mixture.
    Stir the nuts and fruit in remaining flour and blend with rest of the dough.
    Drop rounded teaspoonful of dough onto greased cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
    Bake one sheet at a time for 15 to 20 minutes or until centers of cookies spring back when lightly touched.
    Cool on racks.
    Makes 60 cookies.
