Pasta With Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. onion, diced small
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 oz. olive oil
    2 oz. whole butter
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 oz. white wine
    1 large can peeled whole tomatoes
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 oz. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Saute the onion and garlic in the oil and butter until tender. Add the mushrooms; season with salt and pepper and saute.
    Add the white wine.
    Boil and reduce by half.
    Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add the shrimp and scallops and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Boil spaghetti and drain; toss it with sauce.
