Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium size potatoes, pared and cooked
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. instant onion
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Whip potatoes and butter with electric mixer.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in a buttered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0
    for 25 minutes, or until hot through.
