Shrimp And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. peeled shrimp, fresh or frozen, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Add diced Ro-Tel tomatoes to melted butter.
    Put all other ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a covered dish for 1 hour or until rice is done.
