Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    2 lb. Velveeta
    1 small jar jalapeno relish
    1 jar taco sauce
    1 can mushroom soup (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage; drain.
    Mix with other ingredients. Cook in crock-pot for 1 hour.
