Egg Chilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 tortillas
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. salsa
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Scramble eggs and season.
Spread salsa on tortillas.
Spoon eggs in center.
Top with chopped onion.
Roll tortilla around eggs and spoon some salsa over top.
Top this with sour cream and garnish with sliced onion and parsley.
