Chewy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, salt and sugar.
Melt together in microwave-proof bowl, shortening and cocoa.
Stir the flour, milk/eggs and shortening/cocoa mixture together.
Pour into an 8 1/2 x 11-inch greased baking pan.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Do not overbake.
