Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cold milk
    4 eg yolks, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    8 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add cocoa to sugar and mix well.
    Stir in 2 cups milk to make smooth mixture and heat in a double boiler.
    Beat egg yolks; add flour and mix to a smooth blend with the remaining milk.
    Add salt and stir into milk instantly.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Cool and pour into baked pastry shell.
    Top with meringue of egg whites and 8 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until meringue is lightly browned.
