Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. graham crackers (from 1 lb. box)
1 (4 oz. size) box instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can ready-made chocolate icing
Preparation

Crush 1 package graham crackers to form a layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a medium bowl, mix milk and pudding according to package directions.
Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
Spread pudding over cracker crumbs.
Crush another package of crackers over the pudding.
Place frosting in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on High for 30 to 40 seconds, stirring once or twice. Pour over top layer of graham crackers.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
