Potato Flour Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. potato flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Flavor to suit taste
Preparation
    Separate eggs; beat whites to stiff froth and yolks to a velvet cream.
    Add sugar to beaten yolks, stir well, then add to stiffly beaten whites.
    Add flour and baking powder which has been sifted three times; add flavoring.
    Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes.
