Country Steak - cooking recipe

ground beef
flour
salt and pepper
can mushroom soup (optional)
Preparation

Press ground beef paper thin. Make patties about the size of cube steak servings. Lay in baking dish. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper. Add second layer of meat, flour, salt and pepper. Add third layer of meat and only salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Pour off grease and make gravy. Pour gravy over meat and continue baking for 1/2 hour. Can substitute mushroom soup for homemade gravy.
